All player names, team names, logos, card designs and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2. Card identification
Scan results come from automated recognition of photos and can be incomplete or wrong, especially for blurry images, glare, unusual sets, altered cards or reprints. Always check the player, year, set, card number, parallel and variation yourself before you buy, sell or grade a card.
3. Estimated values and prices
Values shown in the app are estimates for reference only. They may come from third-party marketplaces and sales data and may not reflect the current market, your card's exact condition, or what a buyer will pay. We do not guarantee that any value is accurate, complete or current. Values are not offers to buy or sell.
4. Grading
Any grade shown or suggested in the app is an automated estimate. It is not an official grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC or any other grading company. Only the grading company can issue an official grade.
5. Marketplace listings
Listings are created by users. SportCardSnap does not inspect, authenticate or verify the cards, descriptions, photos, prices or seller claims in every listing, and does not take part in transactions between buyers and sellers. Check the seller, ask questions, and use secure payment and shipping methods. Report listings that look fraudulent or prohibited.
6. No professional advice
Nothing in the app or on this website is financial, investment, tax, legal or collectibles appraisal advice. Compare several sources, consider your own circumstances, and consult a qualified professional before making significant decisions. The collectibles market is volatile and values can go down as well as up.
